After breakfast, we attended the 10:30 church service at Church 360. The pastor, who is also a pilot that flies airplanes from Saipan to Guam, gave a sermon called Magnificent Obsessions based on Ephesians 1: 3-15. His message was that God is ” obsessed ” with mankind, otherwise he would not have created us. He willingly gave us freedom of choice even though he knew that many of us would reject, mock and even hate Him, just like some children do to their parents. The main point to his message was ‘ What is the focus of your life ‘. That will determine who we are.
Afterwards we went to Shirley’s Coffee house for lunch and then headed back to camp.
At 4 pm we were invited by the CARE group for a BBQ of ribs, beef, chicken and vegetables.
